In High School, Brad was the star of the football team. He was also the boyfriend of Lana Lang and a frequent tormentor of Clark Kent. Lana eventually left him for another guy and Brad's popularity faded after High School. At some point, he became an alcoholic and landed a job as a security guard.

After Lana's husband left her, Brad began harrassing her constantly. No matter how much she asked him, he wouldn't leave her alone. When Lana left for Metropolis, he followed her. Brad showed up at her hotel room and mistakingly thought that Clark had proposed to her. Brad tried to attack him, but was thrown out of the room and into an elevator.

  • Brad was played by Brad Flock in Superman: The Movie and by Gavan O'Herlihy in Superman III.
