Synopsis for "The Monster Society of Evil Chapter 8: Battle at the China Wall"

Mr. Mind's brigade of mutant animals prove formidable foes, buffeting and battering Captain Marvel with their awesome strength, but he soon turns the tables on them, forcing Mr. Mind to flee on the back of his pet dragon. He flies to Japanese-occupied China and enlists the aid of a trio of mad scientists: Dr.s Hashi, Smashi and Peeyu in his newest evil scheme.

Captain Marvel contacts Station WHIZ for any news about where Mr. Mind has disappeared to, and the only unusual news lately is that the Chinese have reported seeing a legendary dragon flying overhead, which Marvel deduces was a creation of Mr. Mind's. He quickly flies to a Chinese military camp, and as Billy Batson is taken on a tour of the Great Wall. He fails to notice anything suspicious about three "coolies" who are really Mr. Mind's new aides. They ambush Billy and leave him tied up as they connect electricity to wires they've run along the length of the wall. The current causes the wall to levitate off the ground, but Billy's gag burns off and he manages to transform before he's electrocuted.

The Japanese forces use the wall's levitation as a chance to charge and invade China while the local soldiers are held at by by their own advancing monument. Captain Marvel smashes a way through, allowing them to counterattack the Japanese. He then flies to where the evil scientists are controlling things, and punches them into the electric current, apparently killing them.

Billy reports on the Japanese army's failed attack, but doesn't notice Mr. Mind suddenly swinging in and wrapping him up in silken cord. The evil worm announces no-one ever visits the part of the wall where Billy's broadcasting, and leaves him to die of starvation.
