Synopsis for "The Return of Ibac"

Printwhistle goes back on his promise to give up crime and changes into the evil Ibac again and tries to rob a bond rally, only for it to turn out Billy Batson is hosting the event and change into Captain Marvel. Ibac runs away in fear of another pounding and changes back to Printwhistle, who the evil spirits convince that Captain Marvel is so powerful that the only person who could defeat him is himself. Disguising himself as a little old lady Printwhistle convinces Captain Marvel to dig out a bomb shelter on the isolated mountain where she supposedly lives, but as he clears a cave Printwhistle dynamites it and brings the entire mountain down on top of him. Convinced Captain Marvel is no more, he changes to Ibac again and tries to get Beautia Sivana to partner with him in future crimes. She tries to poison him, but he changes back to Printwhistle to save himself, leading to Beautia saying his magic word herself and briefly turn into a black-clad femme fatale. Meanwhile Captain Marvel has managed to escape from the collapsed mountain and comes looking for Ibac, and after a brief scuffle the hero comedically tortures the villain for a bit before throwing him into the air so hard the evil spirits are scattered back to Hell.
