HistoryEdit

Agent Strander was assigned to arrest the fugitive Frank Verrano together with her partner Agent Santiago who she worked together with for 5 years. Little did she know that he was actually a Neutralizer who was targeting Verrano for other reasons. When the fugitive was cornered he revealed his intent and tried to dispose of both her and Verrano. She escaped by Varrano's help. And with the agency compromised she could not guarantee Varrano's savety so she decided to let him go. She later has to answer to King Faraday
