Body Art Animation

Sometimes called "tattoo generation", Body Art Animation is a term used to describe the ability of some characters to animate and control their own body art (most often seen in the use of tattoos. The power is activated either through force of will or physical contact, the effects of which discontinue upon either the will of the user or if the user is incapacitated. When activated, a facsimile of the selected image will project outward from the target's body and assume the basic properties of the item that it represents. If the tattoo is that of a bird, then the bird will be able to fly. If the tattoo is that of a sword, then it can wielded as a weapon and maintain the physical properties of a sword, etc.
