Retrocognition

Sometimes called "post cognition", Retrocognition is a term used to describe the ability of some characters to look or know past knowledge of a past event which could not have been learned or inferred by normal means. Most characters who use this ability use it to remember forgotten memories, or understand what happened in a room or how a gun was used to murder someone.
