Concept?

This seems like it should have its own page instead of having a history section on the category page. I'm not sure what it should be under though. Is this a concept maybe? I think it SHOULD be a concept. I have some knowledge about the Wildstorm Universe and the stuff on Century Babies were come from Warren Ellis.--Drgyen 01:36, August 21, 2011 (UTC)
