Charlie Collins was a simple man from Gotham who was bullied by the Joker.

History

Charles Michael Collins was an accountant who lived in Gotham City. After cussing out the Joker on the road, he was forced to help the Clown Prince of Crime on his murder attempt on Commissioner Gordon. Collins managed to warn Batman about Joker's plan, saving Gordon's life and freeing himself from Joker's grip.
