The new Clock King appeared seemingly out of nowhere and put together a team of villains, all of whom adopted names of other infamous super-villains. Together this team became known as the Terror Titans. The Clock King, working on behalf of the Dark Side Club set his Terror Titans against the Teen Titans whereupon they nearly killed the Titan known as Ravager. The Clock King's ability to see into the near future gave him a great physical advantage over his opponents and he later used this ability to defeat Robin in martial combat.Powers and Abilities
Powers
- Precognition: The new Clock King has the automatic ability to see what is about to happen approximately 4.6692 seconds into the future, allowing him to anticipate an opponent's every move. He is also a technological genius, creating devices such as teleporters, communications jamming equipment, and even an anti-gravity platform, all of them modeled after timepieces.
