The Council of Spiders was a team of expert assassins and meta-humans.

History

During a worldwide killing tournament, the Council became involved and planned to kill some important people in Amsterdam. Before they could strike, they were attacked by Red Robin and were about to lose the fight until the Insider teleported them away. Soon, they introduced him to the team and tried to kill Red Robin with him on their side. However, it was all a set up and Insider teamed up with Red Robin to defeat them with help from the assassin Pru.
