Synopsis for "Gone Tomorrow"

The Challengers, the Atom, Mary Marvel and Una travels to the Hall of Justice with a comatose Karate Kid in requesting the Justice League's help. But upon arriving to the Hall of Justice, Superman, the Flash, and Green Lantern Hal Jordan doesn't know or recognize them. Firestorm then appears, in which the JLA heroes also don't recognize him, informs his allies that there is something terribly wrong and immediately teleports himself and the others to New York state's Adirondack Preserve with the JLA's teleportation device. Firestorm then explains to the team that when he came to his home he discovers that his home "wasn't there", meaning that he and the others that left for Apokolips "doesn't exist anymore". The group worryingly theorizes what is happening, but Una is greatly concern for Karate Kid in which she breaks down in front of Atom. Agreeing with Una, Atom needs to find a proper medical facility in which Firestorm strongly suggests Cadmus labs in which one of their facility is close to where they are.

With Kyle Rayner seeks out to regroup with their allies (Jason Todd and etc.) the group then flies to Cadmus labs and finds Jimmy Olsen, Forager, and the Hairies. Olsen explains to them that the Hairies' Habitat didn't exist and figure that meeting in Cadmus was the first place to solve their problems. As Atom explains to Jimmy of synthesizing an antidote for Karate Kid from Cadmus, Kyle Rayner, along with Holly Robinson and Harley Quinn arrives and reports that this Earth isn't theirs with an upsetting assertion from Harley Quinn in which the Joker doesn't recognize her when she visited Arkham Asylum. Atom then notices Jason Todd's absence in which Kyle replies that he is "busy".

Much later, Jimmy guides the group to Cadmus, with Atom's surprise of Jimmy's way to the facility, and find themselves in the Zoomway. They are then attacked by a swarm of humanoid creatures and Jimmy Olsen eventually teleports them away via Boom Tube. The group is then met by Dubbilex. Una desperately explains to Dubbilex of Karate Kid's failing health in which the scientist calms her and reads her mind before proceed to examine Karate Kid. But upon examining him, Dubbilex informs to everyone that Karate Kid is already dead.
