Park Row, or Crime Alley, is the part of Gotham North where Thomas and Martha Wayne were killed in front of young Bruce. Every year, on the anniversary of their deaths, Bruce Wayne brings roses and places them in memory of the event and people that made him what he is.

Dr. Leslie Thompkins runs a free clinic, funded by Bruce Wayne, out of Crime Alley to anyone who has need of it.
