The Cyclone Kids are the sidekicks of Ma Hunkel, the Red Tornado. The Cyclone Kids, Huey "Dinky" Jibbet and Amelia "Sisty" Hunkel, joined Amelia's mother Ma Hunkel as her sidekicks and helped fight crime against the gangs in their neighborhood.
By the time they joined Old Justice, the adult Cyclone Kids were married to each other.
