Planet Salvation is a distant planet filled with deadly technology and used by the New Gods of Apokolips as a "training planet". Amanda Waller and Checkmate set this planet as a permanent prison for metahuman and costumed villains, forcing them to behave or die. This planet is featured in the Salvation Run series, a seven-issue 2007-2008 DC Comics limited series which was designed to tie in to the company's major event series Final Crisis in 2008.
