Synopsis for "Talk to the Lamprey"
The short begins with Billy and Cybug playing baseball. They are suddenly ambushed and caged by Sinestropotamus who than summons a large yellow manifestation of fear resembling himself to crush the Barn of Justice. Green Lamprey in his civilian wild boar persona pokes out of the Barn and declares that it's time for him to get to work.
Green Lamprey dashes inside and retrieves a small actual lamprey from a watering-can like object. Mini-lamprey bites the boar turning him into the actual levitating Green Lamprey who floats over to Sinestropotamus. Green Lamprey boasts about the fearsomeness of the mini-lamprey, pulls it off his fingers and holds it near Sinestropotamuses face. Surely enough, Sinestropotamus chickens out and jams himself into the same cage he threw Billy and Cybug inside, freeing them in the process.
With Sinestropotamus's influence diminished, Billy and Cybug are grateful, but Cybug briefly remarks that the mini-lamprey is still very much disgusting.
