Powers

• Superhuman Speed: Manko can move at blinding speeds. He shot four trained police officers before any of them were able to draw upon him.^[1]

Abilities

• Marksmanship: David is an ex-military soldier from the U.S. Army. Without a moment's notice, Manko shot a man with incredible accuracy which may or may not have been aided by his superhuman speed.^[1]
  

TriviaEdit

• While not an ability or power per say, Hitman could not read Manko's mind when he tried to read his thoughts. He stated that "he wasn't thinking a whole lot".^[1] Whether this is a side effect of his abilities or his mind was destroyed in the process of him gaining powers remains unknown.
