HistoryEdit
Death Man is a Japanese crime lord with the uncanny ability to put himself in a yoga trance that makes him appear dead. While Batman and Catwoman were in Japan they attempted to recruit help from a hero named Mr. Unknown. Death Man killed Mr. Unknown before they could get his help. Death Man then attempted to kill Mr. Unknown's body double but he and his henchmen were stopped by Catwoman and Batman. Mr. Unknown's body double then shot Death Man in the chest and seemingly killed him. He awoke in the morgue however and killed his doctors. Death Man then attempts to steal the Poseidonis Jewels from the Maritime Museum. Batman, Catwoman, and the new Mr. Unknown defeat him again and he his placed in a Rocket and launched into space.

NotesEdit
- Although this character was originally introduced during DC's Earth-One era of publication, their existence following the events of the 1985-86 limited series Crisis on Infinite Earths remains intact. However, some elements of the character's Pre-Crisis history may have been altered or removed for Post-Crisis New Earth continuity, and should be considered apocryphal.
