Synopsis for "And Then You Live!, Part One"

Somewhere, in an undisclosed location, a psycho and his partner are torturing a man who is bound to a chair. The more aggressive of the two men chops off the captive's hand with a butcher knife.

Meanwhile, in Washington D.C., General Ruckus sits on the toilet talking to his one-night stand, a young black woman who sits in his jacuzzi across the bathroom. A woman, Ivana Baiul, who is with International Operations (I.O.), enters the bathroom. Ivana has news for Ruckus. I.O.'s intel has found someone that needs rescuing. After Ivana has assured the general that the info is sound, he orders a strike.

Not much later, seven U.S. helicopters are in the skies over Hindu Kush. The copters descend upon a remote prison camp that has two guards standing on the roof. One of the helicopters fires a rocket into the roof of the building, killing the two guards.

A squad of American soldiers makes their way into the prison. They are searching for a certain soldier, that is considered an American war hero. The powers that be want him returned home to America.

Prisoners are yelling for the soldiers to release them, but the soldiers ignore them, as they look for their man. One soldier figures he has found the correct cell and fires a grenade launcher to explode the door. The explosion, however, kills the man inside the cell. In another cell, the man whose hand was chopped up, stages an attack against his captors, who are hiding to avoid being killed by the US soldiers. The captive kills them instead.

The captive jumps in his chair and impales one of his captors through the skull with one of the chair's legs. The main captor suddenly pleads for his life to the soldiers. His name is Petrus Komar, and he has information the soldiers' superiors will be glad to have. Before the soldiers can identify Petrus, his captive's foot crushes his skull through the door's viewport.

The captive reveals himself as Michael Cray, a black-ops soldier that has been presumed dead for the past six years. His codename is Deathblow. Cray asks for one of the soldiers' guns and shoots the locks to his cell, accidentally killing one of the soldiers.

Deathblow is taken to Guantanamo Bay for a debriefing. He's told his DNA matches up and that he's the man they've been looking for. It's great to finally have the world's most dangerous man back home on American soil. But Deathblow calls his interrogator on his bluff. They aren't in the U.S., Deathblow tells him; they're in Cuba. He can tell by the taste of the salt and smoke in the air.

Deathblow hasn't been rescued. He's been relocated from one prison camp to another. In effect, he's still a prisoner of war. Ivana enters the holding cell with Deathblow and his interrogator. A devilish look is painted across her face, a knife is drawn in her hand.
