Synopsis for "Suffer The Children part 1"

Jason Blood partners up with Merlin to put a stop to Etrigan. Unable to trust Merlin entirely, Blood hires the services of Tommy Monaghan to keep an eye on him. The Demon meanwhile, puts his diabolical plan into action by abducting Glenda's newborn daughter. He conceals the child in magic and summons Blood back, but before his allies can join him, Jason is lured into a ghost dimension by the spirits of his past.

Notes

  • The condemned ruins on Kennedy and Third, where Etrigan hides Glenda's child, is the desecrated church from Demon (Volume 3) #40.

Trivia

  • Potential names for Glenda's daughter were Sarah, Annie, Katie, Claire, Pattie, Jayne and Helen. If she were a boy, her name would have been Harold.
  • Tommy Monaghan asks Blood for one million dollars for his services. Jason doubles it.
