Synopsis for Batman: "The Rescue of Robin Hood"

Professor Carter Nichols uses his hypnotic technique to send Bruce Wayne and Dick Grayson back to the 13th Century, where they meet with the legendary hero Robin Hood.

Batman and Robin help Robin Hood free the people of Nottingham from the oppression of the villains and after their adventure is over, Bruce's and Dick's consciousness returns to the present time, where Professor Nichols seems to be curious as to why is that every time that Bruce and Dick travel in time, they end up talking about Batman and Robin.
