Synopsis for Batman: "Case of the Silent Songbirds"
The Penguin has returned to Gotham City and has started a bird-lovers club in which most members are singers. Penguin demands large sums of money from the members of the club and when they refuse to pay, he attacks them and their voices are suddenly cut off.
Batman and Robin investigate the Penguin's activities and discover that he's been using choking gas to suffocate the singers. The Dynamic Duo chase down the Penguin and capture him, ending his criminal spree once again.
