Synopsis for Batman: "The Experiment of Professor Zero"

Using a reducing ray Professor Zero shrinks wealthy businessmen and extorts them for money. When Batman and Robin begin investigating, Professor Zero shrinks them and imprisons the Dynamic Duo in a bird cage. They escape and try to rescue the captured businessmen. Professor Zero tries to kill them, but he accidentally kills himself.

The shrunk men then seek Zero's antidote to restore themselves to normal. Batman discovers that the antidote is fake. The effects of the ray wear off automatically after three days. Batman then finds the reducing ray which Zero had hidden inside the Bat-Signal and destroys it, closing the case for good.

Synopsis for Robotman: "The Metal Man's Sportsathon"

Robotman agrees to put on a sports show for charity. The show's promoter Barnum Bane hires a gang to rob the box office during the show. Robotman stops them, but Bane helps them escape to try again. Before the crooks return, Bane disables Robotman's legs. When the crooks strike the second time, Robotman still defeats them even without his legs. One of the crooks fingers Bane as his employer, and the promoter is sent to prison.

Joe Mully's gang uses the race to escape after a bank robbery. The crooks are disguises as twins in the race. Slam and Shorty chase down the crooks and bring them in riding a tandem bike.

A Criminal who calls himself the King of Animals, uses various trained animals to help him and his gang on a crime spree. Capt. Carter and his Boy Commandos take on the task of figuring out how the crook is pulling off such puzzling capers. It is not until a heist goes awry that The King is caught. It turns out his elephant, Tiny, did not perform as he was trained, due to his getting scared by a small mechanical mouse.
