Synopsis for Slam Bradley: "The Broadway Bandit"


Slam and Shorty take tapdancing lessons, and join a Broadway show to catch a bandit working inside the show. Joan Carter, a female detective, follows Slam trying to solve the case herself. After Slam is unable to solve the case, he is fired by the theater owner. While retrieving their belongings, Shorty stumbles across evidence proving that Boris Desmond is the Broadway Bandit. Before he can warn Slam, Shorty is slugged by Joan, seeking to capture the crook herself. The bandit nearly kills her, but Slam arrives in time to save her life and apprehend Desmond.
