Synopsis for Batman: "The Menace of the Giant Birds"

Paroled, and once again feigning going straight, the Penguin buys a mansion that he converts into a museum/bird sanctuary and starts returning stolen loot to his past victims. Batman and Robin deduced that the Penguin is really booby traps inside the stolen objects so that he can return and re-victimize the people he has stolen from again at a later time. Penguin uses his own bird-themed helicopters to commit his crimes and he even uses a Bat-Copter, but he is ultimately defeated and captured by the Dynamic Duo.
