Synopsis for Batman: "Radio Station C-R-I-M-E!"

The criminals of Gotham City are being helped by a radio transmission warning them of police activities, so they can succeed in their crimes. The radio station, known as C-R-I-M-E, allows many criminals to perform crimes without being captured until Batman and Robin start investigating the case. The Dynamic Duo deduce that the broadcast originates from a mobile station and later they discover the name of the man responsible. After capturing a group of criminals who tried to hijack a plane, and another group hiding out in a parking structure Batman also captures the mastermind behind the crime radio station, who was capable of anticipating the police activities by lip reading the conversations at the GCPD Headquarters.
