Synopsis for "The Night Has a Thousand Fears!"
Batman develops a fear of the dark when he accidentally sniffs a packet of drugs a smuggler has planted in Bruce Wayne's luggage. Batman investigates the criminals behind the framing of Bruce Wayne and despite his crippling fear of the dark, he finally manages to stop a criminal who has been impersonating Shotgun Smith in order to take away the drugs from his framed victims. The effects of the drug are only temporary and by the time they wear off, Batman is free from his fear and the real Shotgun Smith returns to Gotham from an international mission.

Trivia
- The Elongated Man story features a dog named Frazier. By coincidence, a 1990s television comedy called Frasier prominently featured a dog which became iconic in pop culture.
