Synopsis for "The 'I' of the Beholder"

Hamilton Hill defeats Arthur Reeves in the mayoral election when Reeves’s “Batman identity” photos turn out to be a fraud. Meanwhile, Batman and Robin encounter Mirage, a villain who can broadcast incredibly realistic illusions, under cover of which he commits thefts.
