Synopsis for "Fear the Reaper"

The Reaper comes out of retirement to save the city from crime, whether it likes it or not. Newly appointed Comissioner Gordon is asked how the Batman is different from the Reaper, and Gordon insists that he is. Meanwhile, Bruce Wayne meets Rachel Caspian and seems to be taken in by her compassion and sense for justice, however Leslie Thompkins insists that Bruce should keep away from her. Summoned by the Bat-Signal, Bruce suits-up and heads-out. He finds the Reaper on Bank Street, a location significant to the Reaper, and a fight ensues. After the Reaper engages guns, the Batman gets pretty bashed-up and barely makes it back home...
