Synopsis for "Deadbolt"

Two-Face is being taken to Arkham Asylum when suddenly the police car is struck by another car. Two-Face thinks it is all part of a plan to take him out, but then Lock-Up showed up and knocked Two-Face just to leave the scene carrying the criminal.

Batman, Robin and Nightwing watch the crime scene investigation and knew that there was someone who was abducting criminals and taking them to an unknown place. They discussed the matter further with the recently reinstated Commissioner Gordon.

Lock-Up took Harvey Dent to his secret jail where he held Allergent and Killer Moth prisoners. He was an abusive jailer and used extreme force with his inmates.

Batman devised a plan to catch Lock-Up's attention. He payed a visit to Joe Rabbit and his accomplices and forced him to surrender himself to the police. Batman and Jim Gordon agreed on letting Rabbit out on parole if he speaked about Black Mask's illegal activities. It was all over the newspapers and Lock-Up decided to abduct Rabbit as well. Unlucky for the plan, Black Mask also noticed the news and send the False Face Society to deal with Rabbit.

Rabbit was under police protection in a hotel while Nightwing was surveilling the outside. When the False Face Society arrived, Nightwing told Batman about it and Batman attacked the mooks inside the hotel. Robin was waiting inside as well and together they took out the whole gang. At that moment, upstairs, Lock-Up appeared out of nowhere and was ready to take Rabbit with him but Harvey Bullock and Renee Montoya took him down and brought the man to justice.

Batman was unhappy with the result. He wanted to have Lock-Up to know where he had taken the criminals he took away. Lock-Up on the other hand told the police that if he was convicted, he wouldn't tell them where his prisoners are and they will for sure die starving.
