Detective Comics (Volume 1) with a cover date of April, 2001.
Synopsis for "Here's Your Hat, What's Your Hurry?"
Bruce Wayne attends James Gordon's retirement dinner along with his bodyguard Sasha Bordeaux, who is embarrassed to be with him, although she suspects there is more to him than meets the eye - she is not buying the 'playboy' image at all. The dinner is interrupted twice. First by 'Mangles' Manchester, who had failed to plan ahead for the fact that the room would be full of cops and thus far from ideal for getting revenge on Gordon. Second by Two-Face, who takes Sasha as a hostage but after flipping his coin, the villain offers a moving tribute to his former ally before allowing himself to be arrested.
