• Shipped with an alternate cover revealing Two-Face's full face.
• Part of the "One Year Later" event, directly after the Infinite Crisis. The events of this issue take place shortly after the "Lost Year."
• Death of The Ventriloqiust and Scarface, although Scarface will soon afterwards be rebuilt, and become the "property" of the second Ventriloquist "Peyton Riley."

Trivia

• In "Detective Comics #844," future villain Peyton Riley's presence was actually retconned into this issue. Prior to Arnold Wesker's murder, she is shot nearly to death in an adjacent room. After Batman, Robin and Commissioner Gordon investigate Wesker's body, she comes into the room and steals Scarface when he begins to "talk to her." This is considered the moment she went insane.
