History

Doctor Canus was a humanoid dog-man and one of the many genetically evolved experiments conducted by Project Moreau in the 1940s. He resided on an uncharted island called the Wild Lands and was a scientist in the capital city of Roam. Canus was one of the few Furries who believed that Roaman culture evolved from a pre-existing society dominated by humans.

Notes

This version of Doctor Canus is based on the Pre-Crisis Caesar of Earth-AD continuity. The original Canus was created by Jack Kirby and Mike Royer.
