Synopsis for "Nowhere Man"

In Japan, superhero Sunburst finds himself confronted by a sleeping supervillain who promptly knocks him into a wall. While Sunburst is fighting a strange cloud arrives and takes away a straightjacketed girl.

Back at Doom Patrol headquarters, Cliff Steele tells Joshua Clay about their adventure with Red Jack. Rhea Jones is still in a coma and Dr. Niles Caulder states that he believes she is in a chrysalis state and that she is about to undergo some changes.

In Paris, in the headquarters of a supervillain group, the strange cloud metamorphoses into the body of a man and the straight jacketed girl, now free is given a costume by the leader of the gang, Mr. Nobody.

Back at Doom Patrol headquarters, Cliff Steele is sitting with Crazy Jane, writing down the names of all of her personalities. They have a list of about 50 names when Steele says he wants to take a break. Something happens that causes Jane to switch to another of her personalities and that personality says that something bad is going to happen.

In Paris, Mr. Nobody tells the gang his origin. He tells them how he agreed to take part in an experiment to make him a new man, an abstract man. He establishes a name for his gang, the Brotherhood of Dada.
