Synopsis for "The Kingdom of No"

Sleepwalker tells the rest of the Brotherhood of Dada that the Fifth Horseman is coming. The Brotherhood finds The Fog awakening from unconsciousness. He tells them that he tried to absorb Crazy Jane and her multiple personalities caused him to vomit.

A giant dead horse rises from the sea. Figuring they need assistance, the Brotherhood replaces Cliff Steele's power source, reactivating him and frees Rebis.

Crazy Jane decides the only way to save the world is to ride the horse. She enters its heart and tries to guide the horse but it is too strong. The Brotherhood and the Doom Patrol all join hands and help Jane guide the horse.

Meanwhile at the painting in Paris, Superman and the rest of the Justice League have shown up. Something appears to be happening in the painting. They brace themselves, knowing that they are all that stands between the Earth and whatever is coming through the painting. In a flash of light, the Doom Patrol and all of Paris return. Superman holds Jane, the single casualty of the fight, in his hands.
