Dudley H. Dudley, alias Uncle Marvel was the janitor at Billy Batson's middle school, who looked out for the homeless boy and later discovers he is also the alter ego of Captain Marvel. This revelation lead Dudley to be involved in a number of Marvel Family adventures. He is close friends and drinking buddies with Tawky Tawny.
