History
Eduardo Reyes was a mercenary who has the power over the electromagnetic spectrum, subsequently dubbing himself Wavelength. Reyes later focused his career as an assassin and came to blows with the hero Gunfire. He also sired a daughter, Allegra Garcia, whom he gave up for adoption.
Years later, Reyes retired as Wavelength and hired Deathstroke's Titans to reunite him with his daughter, who was incarcerated in Arkham Asylum for committing crimes in Gotham City. The Titans successfully returned Allegra to Reyes in Brazil, where he was overjoyed to see her. However, she greeted him with resentment at his abandonment of her. Allegra then ended their reunion by using her inherited electromagnetic powers to focus the sun's ultraviolet rays on Reyes, burning him to death.
