El Papagayo

El Papagayo was a ruthless bandit and gang leader in the Old West. His distinctive trademark is his parrot Pepito, who gives him his name. He is an enemy of Jonah Hex, and one of very few villains to survive multiple encounters with the gunfighter. In the modern era, he has a successor who fights against Batman and Batman Incorporated in Argentina. El Papagayo was created by Michael Fleisher and Jose Luis Garcia-Lopez, first appearing in Jonah Hex #2. (1977)
