History

As a girl, Elise Fine was bullied for her appearance. This eventually drove her to undergo extensive cosmetic surgery, until she was happy with her appearance.

Becoming a cosmetic surgeon herself, Elise developed a cosmetic treatment, that she used on her daughter, to give Abigail a perfect body. When Abigail's treatment proved to have dangerous side effects, that nearly killed a boy, Elise forced Abigail to get rid of any potential witnesses. However, her treatment had also attracted the attention of Lois Lane, who threatened to expose her. Elise captured Lois and planned to destroy her beauty but was stopped by Clark Kent. Afterwards Elise was committed to a psych ward.
