History
Eric Cohen is an Orthodox Jewish detective in the GCPD's Major Crimes Unit, where he is partnered with Andi Kasinsky. Cohen has an unusual, sometimes inappropriate, sense of humor, most obviously manifested in his choice of a birthday gift for Commissioner Gordon - a lampin in the shape of a naked woman. He is not the most sympathetic member of the Unit, almost reveling in the investigation into Renee Montoya and Crispus Allen after they committed armed robbery under the influence of the Mad Hatter and discussing their failings within Montoya's earshot.
