History
"Faces of Evil" is a January, 2009 event involving specific issues highlighting the Villains of the DC Universe, the only connecting theme being the cover art. Faces of Evil issues showcase villains who will be particularly influential to various different characters throughout the year of 2009. While it's thematically connected to the "Day Evil Won" concept of Final Crisis, Faces of Evil has no actual connection to any external plotlines, and many issues will be parts of currently ongoing stories in the comics they feature in. There will also be a number of standalone one-shot issues.
