In Chrysopolis, Vandal Savage assumed the identity of Emperor Licinius and rallied the soldiers of the Eastern Empire together. He marched on the Roman Emperor Constantine, but lost the war within a year. Savage abandoned his Licinius identity, allowing another man to be executed in his place.[1]
