Arma Getten was an enemy of the Legion of Super-Heroes.
History
Arma Getten blamed R.J. Brande for his father's company's bankruptcy. At the wedding of Lightning Lad and Saturn Girl, he kidnapped the businessman and held him for ransom inside an energy shield. In return for his release, he demanded the components for a world-destroying device. With this, he would have his revenge on Brande and the United Planets. He replaced his left arm with the device. Brande rebelled, feeling his own life was less important than the entire galaxy, and broke the force field. When Getten wanted to use his weapon, it turned out to be unstable, disintegrating him.
