Cannon is a name used by several characters in the DC Universe, usually villains. The most well-known is Henry Cannon, a hitman who frequently partnered with Saber. He was primarily an antagonist to the super-hero Vigilante. Another character called Cannon is Mitchell Saunders, a Stormwatch member.
Henry Cannon was created by Marv Wolfman and Keith Pollard, first appearing in Vigilante #5 (1984).
