Synopsis for "Batman: Black and White"

Batman catches Zsasz inside a room where he has killed three people. He asks why he did it, and Zsasz claims that when he kills a person, he experiences a connection with them and "real power" is when he sees the look in their eyes, begging him not to forget them. He cuts three tally marks into his skin and says he never will. Batman retorts that "real power" is saving a person's life and knowing they'll never forget you because they owe you. He captures Zsasz, alive, and says, "All you have is scars," before going to save a woman from a mugging.
