Synopsis for "Crash!"

As Mindancer was using the Solar Drill on Booster Gold and Blackguard at 7%, she raised the power to 20%, causing excruciating pain in both of them. Thorn followed Booster Gold to the lair and heard his screaming before rushing to him and Blackguard and freeing them both. Then, the three turned their attention to Mindancer. Elsewhere, Aunt Jeanie told Trixie that reporters from National Midnight would later interview her about Booster Gold, much to the latter's disapproval.

Mindancer used her powers to take control of an android and Blackguard and had them join her in fighting Booster Gold, Skeets, and Thorn. The android knocked Booster Gold into the Solar Drill, causing it to run wild while Skeets fought Blackguard and Thorn fought Mindancer. Skeets briefly told Booster Gold what he knew about Thorn before the latter increased his power levels and defeated the android although the Solar Drill was still running wild. While Booster Gold and Skeets attempted to disengage the drill, Thorn unmasked Mindancer and only found a skull underneath her mask before she ran away. Booster Gold offered to help Thorn join the JLA although she left, as well.

Later, Booster Gold went on TV with Skeets and was interviewed about how they defeated the 1000. At Blaze Comics, Skip Andrews, who watched the interview, convinced Benny Lindgren and Marty Kramer to do a Booster Gold comic although at first, Benny was reluctant to give up his comic Astro Teens. At Goldstar, Inc., Dirk and Trixie both praised Booster Gold before Senator Ballard's tax investigation committee and the IRS arrived to audit their books and investigate why Blue Beetle had never paid any income taxes.
