The Bride is a name used by several characters in the DC Universe. It's most prominently used by the Bride of Frankenstein, who is an agent of S.H.A.D.E.. Violet Parris also calls herself the Bride, teaming up with her partner the Groom. In the Wildstorm Universe, The Bride is an enemy to S.T.O.R.M..
The Bride of Frankenstein was created by Mary Shelley and adapted Grant Morrison and Doug Mahnke, first appearing in Seven Soldiers: Frankenstein #3 (2006).
