Project Cadmus was a research lab in Washington, D.C. that acted as a cover for a secret underground genetics facility operated by the Light.
History
It was responsible for the creation of the clones Superboy, Guardian and Red Arrow, as well as Project Blockbuster and the Genomorphs.
