Char Burrane was the second Starfinger.

History

Char Burrane was a young criminal Gim Allon arrested when he was a Science Police Cadet. Char escaped from a hospital on a foreign planet and found the Starfinger ring. He killed the previous Starfinger Dr. Lars Hanscom and took the name for himself.

Char was a vicious villain and he often killed henchmen when they failed him. Char was later killed by Lars Hanscom's brother Molock who took the Starfinger mantle for himself.
