Columbia Pictures Industries, Inc. is an American film production and distribution company.
History
It was one of the so-called Little Three among the eight major film studios of Hollywood's Golden Age. In 1943, Columbia produced the first 15-chapter Batman serial. In 1949, it produced the 15-chapter Batman and Robin serial.
