Cyfril (Pre-Zero Hour)

Cyfril first gained attention on the planet Naltor when he was caught trying to rob the Intergal Cred-Bank. Believing he was a harmless crook, Naltor released him after a few months. He then became involved with a protection scam at the Metropolis Spaceport, which led the Legion to the terrorists involved in the "fireballing" of Cosmic Boy's parent's home — which resulted in the death of his mom.
